    Three Part Epoxy Floor Repair Mortar

    LAVAPOXY FL is a three-component, solvent-free epoxy-based floor repair mortar designed for structural patching and leveling of concrete surfaces up to 10 mm thick. Its high-performance formulation includes epoxy resin and fine fillers for superior bonding and non-shrink behavior. LAVAPOXY FL provides excellent mechanical properties including high compressive, abrasion, and impact resistance. Ideal for floors exposed to chemicals, grease, oil, and mild acids, it performs exceptionally well in industrial environments. Easy to mix and apply, it ensures a long-lasting, chemically resistant finish with excellent durability and minimal maintenance.

    How to Apply Lavapoxy Fl

    Lavapoxy FL is mixed from three pre-weighed components and applied by trowel, filling knife or spatula to a prepared, fully cured and dry concrete floor.

    1. Prepare the surface. The substrate must be clean, sound and free from grease, friable material and curing compound. Prepare mechanically by abrasive blast cleaning or scarifying to remove laitance, remove weak concrete and fully expose blow holes and voids.
    2. Check the substrate. Before application, ensure the substrate is fully cured, dry and has no moisture content.
    3. Mix. Stir parts A and B separately for two minutes, add Part B (hardener) to Part A (base) and mix thoroughly, then slowly add Part C (filler) while mixing until homogeneous and lump free. Do not add thinner.
    4. Apply. Apply manually with a trowel, filling knife or spatula to the prepared concrete; thickness depends on the substrate profile. Work the material thoroughly into cracks and pinholes, as a skim coat layer or as patch repairs.
    5. Clean tools. Clean tools and equipment with Armosolvent before the product hardens. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
