HYDROCEM 2K PRO is a high-performance, two-component, polymer-modified flexible cementitious waterproofing mortar. It is composed of special cements, bonding agents, selected fillers, additives, and a water-based synthetic acrylic co-polymer. HYDROCEM 2K PRO is ideal for waterproofing retaining structures, swimming pools, water reservoirs, and protecting concrete structures exposed to chemical attack. It can be applied horizontally or vertically on both old and new surfaces, bonding excellently to green or damp concrete. Highly flexible, UV-resistant, and breathable, it offers outstanding chemical resistance, crack bridging up to 2.0 mm, and is safe for use with potable water.
Hydrocem 2K Pro is a pre-measured two-component kit mixed on site and applied by brush or spatula in at least two coats.

Hydrocem 2K Pro bridges cracks up to 2.0 mm at breakage (BS EN 1062), with elongation above 110% unbonded per ASTM D412.
Per EN 12390 part 8, water impermeability is above 5 bar on the positive side and 3 bar on the negative side.
The TDS gives a curing time of 48 hours before tile application. Use a tile adhesive with a similar degree of flexibility.
The TDS states 8.5-9.0 square meters per 30 kg kit at 2.00 mm thickness, with a build-up of 3.2 kg/m² for a 2.00 mm membrane.
The TDS describes it as non-toxic and suitable for drinking water. Wash the applied coat thoroughly with plenty of water while scrubbing with a sponge before using the tank.
