EPOCRETE XP is a high-performance, solvent-free epoxy grout formulated for rapid strength gain and efficient installation. Suitable for gap widths from 10 to 250 mm, it reaches compressive strength comparable to plain concrete within four hours at 20°C and can be applied at ambient temperatures from 5°C up to 35°C. Its non-shrink composition ensures strong adhesion, while its resilience under dynamic loads and resistance to thermal stress and chemical exposure make it ideal for heavy-duty applications. From industrial equipment bases to structural grouting, this user-friendly solution offers long-lasting durability with simple, full-pack mixing for consistent results.
Epocrete XP is a three-component, fast setting epoxy grout gravity-poured under baseplates from a head box.

Standards and test methods as referenced in the Epocrete xp Technical Data Sheet. Values in the TDS are typical laboratory results under standard conditions.
Tested at 20°C, compressive strength is 20 MPa at 4 hours, 60 MPa at 12 hours, 78 MPa at 1 day, 89 MPa at 3 days and 100 MPa at 7 days. It is designed to take loads in 4 hours at normal ambient temperature.
Epocrete XP is formulated for gaps with widths from 10 to 250 mm.
Working time is 25 minutes. Temperature strongly affects working and cure time: cold extends working time, heat shortens it, so keep materials as close to 20°C as possible.
The TDS rates resistance as excellent to 15% sulfuric acid, 15% hydrochloric acid, 15% caustic soda, hydraulic fluid and salt solutions, good to xylene, and poor to MEK and acetic acid.
No. Forms may be stripped once the grout has hardened and will not slump away, and no further curing procedure is needed.
