    Surface Treatment

Cleantex N heavy duty surface cleaner for natural stone and tiles by MATEX

    Cleantex N

    Heavy Duty Surface Cleaner

CLEANTEX N is a powerful, biodegradable surface cleaner engineered for demanding environments such as industrial plants, restaurants, supermarkets, and food preparation areas. Phosphate-, solvent-, and alcohol-free, it ensures safe usage in environmentally sensitive and hygiene-critical spaces. CLEANTEX N removes stubborn construction site residues, including setting compounds and saline efflorescence, making it ideal for acid-resistant surfaces like terracotta, quarry tiles, and stoneware. It is particularly effective where traditional descalers fall short. Highly concentrated for flexibility, it can be applied undiluted or diluted as needed. This cleaner delivers high-performance results without compromising surface integrity or environmental standards.

    How to Apply Cleantex N

Cleantex N is a concentrated cleaner diluted to suit the task, applied to the surface and worked in by brush, pad, mop or scrubber.

    1. Prepare the surface. Remove superficial dust or debris from the surface with a broom or vacuum before applying Cleantex N.
    2. Dilute. For ordinary maintenance and scrubber-dryer machines, dilute at 1:200 (25 ml in 5 liters of water). For washing delicate surfaces after laying (marble, travertine, granite, polished agglomerates), dilute at 1:30; for heavily soiled surfaces, dilute from 1:30 to 1:50 depending on dirt intensity.
    3. Apply and soak. Apply undiluted or diluted Cleantex N on the contaminated surface and let it soak for approx. 5 minutes. Spray application is not recommended.
    4. Scrub. Rub the surface with a suitable brush in a circular motion, working in sections. A scrubbing brush, white pad, mop or soft single-disc scrubber can be used.
    5. Rinse. Rinse each cleaned section with clean water before the cleaning agent dries; hot or warm water is recommended. Repeat until the entire contaminated surface is covered.
    6. Clean tools. Clean used tools with water and detergent before the product dries.

Use 1:200 (25 ml in 5 liters of water) for ordinary maintenance and scrubber-dryer machines, 1:30 for washing delicate surfaces after laying, and 1:30 to 1:50 for heavily soiled surfaces.

What is the coverage of Cleantex N?

Approximate coverage for 1 liter of solution is 1500 m² for maintenance at 1:200 and 50 m² for an initial stone wash at 1:30. Coverage is approximate and depends on site conditions.
