    CEMCURE WX is a water-based, resin-modified curing compound developed to minimize rapid moisture loss from freshly cast concrete.     How to Apply Cemcure Wx

    Cemcure WX is a ready-to-use water-based curing compound applied to fresh concrete as soon as surface water has evaporated.

    1. Stir. Stir Cemcure WX well before each application. It is ready to use; do not dilute with water. Do not apply below 5°C.
    2. Time the application. Apply after the cement has set, immediately after the surface water has evaporated, when there is no bleed water and no surface sheen. Never apply on concrete that has started to dry out. On vertical elements, apply immediately after formwork removal.
    3. Apply. Apply uniformly by paint roller, soft bristled broom or spraying machine at 0.2 liter per m². Do not allow puddling. In hot or windy weather, prevent the surface from drying.
    4. Let it dry. Allow the compound to dry properly and do not apply any water to the coated surface.
    5. Before subsequent finishes. Complete removal of the curing film is required before epoxy, polyurethane, bituminous or acrylic coatings, tile adhesive or cementitious key coat. Use an electric wire brush, water jetting or light sand blasting.
    6. Clean tools. Clean tools with water and detergent before the product dries.
